my friend owns a turbo shop, I once used a master power t-70 with 96.ar rear housing on a stock ls1 arp rod and head bolts ,72cc heads from 6.0L to drop compression to 9.1 .the car put 522 to the wheels then my friend put a q-wheel an the car made 50 extra hp. I think that i can get that or other turbo for a better price, people talk a lot of crap but those turbo are not to bad.

just a little heads up to you the Q is similar to the popular F1-68 used in the turbonetics TC78/76's
P similar to the F1-65
you definitely would want atleast the 1.0 A/R they have listed or bigger
should work good on a M6 that isn't being pushed too hard

I'm a little confused on the A/R part of it. I'm looking for a turbo that will start kicking in around 2,800 and pull to 6,500-7,000rpm.. They offer that turbo in a 1.0A/R T4 divided, so would that be the one i should grab?
sorry kinda new to this turbo stuff, just wanting to make 650whp.

just looking at what youve said in your posts, research the difference between a divided and undivided housing. In doing this research you will learn lots, check the Turbonetics website for a lot of good info. I say this because i was in your shoes not so many days ago, the more you read, the better you will feel about your choice.
