80s with a higher base pressure and rising rate regulator should be fine with E85.

IF you decide to swap to pump gas, you can always swap tunes with either a Frost flickable PCM, a re-cal from a laptop, or a SCT/EFI Live autocal type device (ala hand held programmer)

80's with 50 base pressure and 15 psi on a rising regulator made 800 rwhp though my locked converter auto on a dynojet. Go E85 for sure and personally if you plan to stay e85 I would do some smaller chamber heads or atleast mill the 317's but keep that in mind for piston to valve clearance if you go larger cam in the future.

Default What brand 80 # injector do you use?

Just run some stock 5.3 heads if you are only wanting 600rwhp and go with a 76 or 78 turbo.
What brand 80# injector do you use on your set up? Are you happy with them? I'm building a similar set up and trying to get some good suggestions on brand and size. Thanks!
