When you're choosing springs for an engine what is the thought process in selecting spring pressures? Is there a we start at x, then add y per lb of boost, minus z for valve weight, etc...?

I don't have any formula for valvesprings, they are normally dictated by what we can buy versus the weight of parts used and rpm band.

Is the bottom half being switched up from the 440 or is it just the valvetrain?
