Default turbo?

looking at doing a turbo setup on my ta and i have found a turbo localy that i can buy but i have a ? about the size since i am new to this i am trying to pick up on the turbo stuff. ok its a percision t76 with a 1.22 or 1.23 ar on a t6 flange, i know the .96ar on t4 flange is more common.
the motor is going to be a stock ls1 with a cam(unknown right now) looking at the epp cam, ls6 intake, 60lb injectors, on a truck manifold setup with hopefully a 4" down pipe and 2.5 crossover pipes on a front mount setup.
just trying to gather parts to get it built and running right now and maybe next year do forged internals and more boost. any info you would like to share would be helpfull and i am sure i will have other questions. thanks in advance

Yes I have read every build thread in here and I know how to do all the fab work and build the motor but that thread does not answer my question about the ar on the turbo. Just because I do not have alot of post does not mean that I have not read alot of the threads.

please show me in your first post where the question is?? I must of missed it, because i couldnt find. In fact, reading through your post again, it looks like you have a plan, but does not even state that you can do any kind of fab your self.

Hence why i posted that sticky. Chill out.

and also, i highley doubt you've read every build thread in here in just 15 days or less.

Now, im not being a dick on purpose, dont force me too be.

ask your questions, and people will help. But be clear about your question, and you will get better results.

My question is how will a t76 with a 1.22 ar spool b/c I know most run a .96 ar on a car like mine

And I have spent hours on here reading, I use to post under graphicnature look that account up and see how long it has been active just decided to create a account of my own. And sorry I did not state first that I can build things and if you want to see what I have built on my own for starters look where I posted in the new section the yj is all my creation

Back to the point anyone have anything to say the turbo i would apprecate any info it is local, in good condition and cheap thanks

That a/r is going to be a pig... with a stock ls1.. now push that same turbo with a larger motor, and your in the money!!

the 60lb injectors are not going to do you much good, unless you dont plan to make anything over +/- 600hp

Like alot of others have mentioned, read the FAQ sections, and check out the tech info on forcedinductions.com, they also have GREAT customer service, so they are a good place to look for questions like this, and might be able to fit your turbo with a smaller t4 housing, and a/r that would work for your application..

goodluck..

02 ram air thanks for your info and I was hoping for about 600 to 650 on the bottom end I have and I might even add a meth kit to help it out. I understand every thing else mostly just wanted to know about when it would spool that turbo with the 1.22 ar and I think I can change the housing back to a .96 ar which I might do
