hi what is the most compression that you can run with a YSI blower kit and
E85 fuel? i'm at 15 pounds of boost.

with E85 and a good tuner, less than 20psi, I wouldnt hesitate to run 11.5:1, in fact I would prefer it over anything lower. With that setup i wouldnt build it any less than 10:1

Stock bottom end or built motor? Ive got a stock longblock vortech c5 on 15 psi and e85, thinking about going high compression on it.

When raising compression the only real limiting factor is octane. I run 9.5:1 on my turbo setup because the highest octane we have in Alaska is 91 and there is no ethanol.

i run 10.7 comp with 93 gas, 24* timing, 0 knock, 9# boost..... and plan to turn it up when it stops snowing

AKA it all comes down to the tune.

Like was said, it all depends on the variables. Cam, engine size, tune, cylinder head.

Like most said, 10:1 and up if all it saw was E85.

ya, now that i think about it he doesnt have a zo6,he has a black c5 with a ls7 and a ysi kit and is from austin
