Default Vortech with low boost

I am having issues with my 2000 camaro with vortech HO intercooled V-9 SQ G-Trim. Its only putting out 4-5 pounds of boost. I put a new standard bypass valve on and nothing changed. I remember reading somewhere it could be the egr or pcv. Does anyone know? I have the 3.125 pulley on it now which is stock I believe and it should be putting out 8-9lbs of boost. I was going to order a 2.75 pulley. I have lt a mild blower cam, new magnaflow cats, flowmaster. I have the 8 rib pulley so there shouldnt be any belt slip. injectors were all gone through and flow tested, all the clamps and tight....its at the dyno shop right now and 380rwhp and 400rwtq.

Did you have the same setup? Do you know what a 3.125 is supposed to be boost wise?

I remember taking it to get tuned with a 3.33 and making VERY low boost, probably 3or4 lbs went to a 2.95 and was getting about 6 then went to a 2.75 and getting 8or9 out of that. I whad longtubes, fast intake and dart 205 heads. I was running the v9 gtrim
