Every time I went up in turbine a/r and turbine wheel size my car made more power and spool stayed about the same due to improving the heat retention in my exhaust.

There is a lot of power and spool to be gained by reducing back pressure pre and post turbine. I think post turbine back pressure is the biggest killer of power because it increases pre-turbine pressure.

OP, your power curve looks great for street use with instant spool and never shifting over 6000 rpms. If the car is performing the way you want it to then there is nothing to change. If you want more power or want to rev the motor higher, that's when you'll need to change turbos.

I think you built what very few people build, a very fun to drive 6spd street car. Less emphasis on times/numbers, more emphasis on fun.
