ati balancer help
ati balancer help ok i think im screwed but just wanted to double check. so as i was collection parts for my d1sc install i got the ati balancer that procharger recommended in the manual earlier this summer set it aside and didnt think anything of it. till today when i went to put it on.
procharger manual says "8.RIB APGRADE ONLY:
Note: 8-Rib Upgrade Requires ATI Performance Products LSI Harmonic Balancer
(Part No.917242) and LSI Crankshaft keying tool (Part No.918993) which
must be purchased directly from the manufacturer"
so thats what i bought part # 917242 got it brand new of a member here for $400 now after looking at it today i relized that it does not have the 6 bolt holes just the three standard ones and three small holes drilled in it. and looking around it appears i really needed part# 918553. so just to double check am i correct? or am i missing something. do i really have a $400 dollar paper weight.
