my procharger inlet hat fits very loose on the blower. i don't know if it is worn out of if just fits that loose. i can get it snug when it is clamped down but it still doesn't feel like it is very secure. has anyone else noticed this before?

Mine fits snug with very little tension on clamp.

If you can keep it snug with it clamped down tight, you shouldn't have any problems with it falling off. I have never seen the factory inlet hat fall off, I've had problems with ones made out of aluminum falling off, but not the plastic ones. Bob

well i am wondering if mine needs replaced. i have two blower units and it fits very loose on both of them. it isn't snug until the clamp is pretty tight. btw, i do have the plastic one from procharger.
