Default Mock up question

Engine spec....L33 5.3, turbo cam, LS6 intake, LS9 injectors, fast fuel rails, stock LS1 manifolds

Turbo....MP70 .96, Tial 38mm WG, 50mm BOV, Water to air ebay intercooler

Car 2010 Factory Five GTM

Ok, the questions. The exhaust is true duals, if I merge the exhaust 2-1 and weld on the T-4 flange, then bent at a 90 degree, bolted directly to the turbo, will it create a problem with being a bottle neck or a back presure issue? Will it be better to run only one side into the turbo letting the other exhaust dump as normal?

Also...What about using a dual outlet muffler after the turbo, is that a no go?

Thx for the help!

Merge them, then start doing a lot of reading and research on turbo setups.

Thanx for the answer! I have spent many nights after work researching. I see some set-ups only using one log while others merging them but with much larger turbo frames. My biggest concern was the merge then the 90 degree within 8 inches of the flange (I had not seen that). STS systems have the smaller turbos but much more volume in the extra piping. I have only about 5 total feet of exhaust but it is designed more like a remote set up. I know I have much to learn, thx for the help!
