Default FI cam swap drivable or tow?

I am thinking about swapping my stock LS2 cam out with a cam grind specific for turbo setup while I have my engine out of the car. The only problem is i'm about 100 miles from my tuner. I've got and STS powered LS2 GTO. I'm swapping with a forged shortblock and want to swap cams while its out. Should I be able to start the engine and drive it to the tuner or do I need to get it towed the 100 miles?

You should be fine as long as you have the same injectors.

I agree. Just bite your lower lip if someone jumps on you on the highway before you get a tune - pushing it untuned is dangerous.

I have FAST 57lb injectors to swap out with the 42's that are in there now. I guess I do that at the shop.

Yes, swap them out when you get there.
