Your belt will depend on which pulley you have on the head unit, and which size idler you use. You can get a 3" idler for $17 at autozone, or a 2.5" procharger idler for $80 from Bob at Brute Speed. I have a link in the very first post of the other thread that shows belt sizing info at the bottom of the post.

I'd be in for the 6 rib and 8 rib standoff if I had a affordable source for the pulley since I am not gonna be switching to my 8 rib setup for a couple more months.

If you have an 8 rib crank pulley, if its procharger, then its 7.65". I dont remember the size of the 6 rib procharger crank pulley.

I'm guessing you missed the formulas posted in that link.

For 2.5 idler: Belt Length = 1.8897 * (SC pulley diameter) + 34.579

For 3.0 idler: Belt Length = 1.9248 * (SC pulley diameter) + 34.739

So for a 4.5" SC pulley with 7.65" crank, 2.5" tensioner and 2.5" idler, you'd need something around 43.08" belt.

For a 4.5" SC pulley with 7.65" crank, 2.5" tensioner and 3.0" idler, you'd need something around 43.40" belt.

So you need something around Gates K080433, Gates K080435, or Goodyear 4080435

Chad...what would the part# be for the 3" idler that is $17 for the 3" idler? Is it wide enough for the an 8 rib belt? Sorry...just getting confused with all of these pulley options!

Do we have to wait for 10 of each? I'm anxious to get this started.

In pdasterly's pic, he has 3 different pulleys. The left one is a Procharger idler and the other two are what?
