That would be a definite plus. I wonder how the pricing would be on that custom size pulley though? I dont want to clutter this thread too much.

I would like to make a payment now so you don't have to wait for me to get back online to see that they are ready to ship. I still want a 6 rib and 8 rib standoff. I just found out that Autozone has pulley# 231107 in stock for $20.

I think I will be ordering one for the 8 rib setup. I am still torn between Procharger or turbocharger, I just sold my entire Procharger kit tonight. So its back to the drawing board

Well let me know for sure. I am only doing 30 of the 8-rib and 10 of the 6-rib standoffs for now.

Guys I have an update, and its not such a great one...

I don't think we are going to be able to make these happen in steel. The way they are setup with the tapping, it has already broken several hundred dollars worth of tools. This steel is just a total pain to machine.

So it comes down to whether you want them done in aluminum. Its far easier to machine and much less harsh on the tooling. Pricing would be the same, just takes a little more time.

Im really sorry this happened, but we have been trying our hardest to make it work! We are not one of those come and go shops, and will stick through to the end of this as long as we have the support.

What's the likelyhood of the threads pulling out of the alum? Do you have any of the steel ones that you've turned down, but still need threading?

I havent heard of pulling thread from with this bracket setup yet, so I think it will still be fine.

I'll take an aluminum one then. When are they going to be available? I'm getting close to my deadline of having the car ready for tuning.

Im working as quick as I can on these guys. This is exactly the sort of reason why we never take money up front for custom jobs. Stuff just happens sometimes

These will be made!

We need to pray to the procharger gods. LOL
I sent a spare standoff I had to a machinist I deal with through my work over a
YEAR AGO and he finally told me that he lost it.
In the meantime I blew my engine and swapped a new one in with an Auto tranny
and still no standoff.
