3" is probably good on the IC piping. Just use your head on the crossover, use a good transition from 2 pipes to 1, try to have 3" or so of straight pipe into the turbo, keep the sides as equal as possible, WG needs to have good airflow placement.

PT76GTS, GT-4276, GT-4580, ST76 or ST80. Those turbos leave you with more room to grow than the TC76 does. Turbonetics does have some new stuff out, if you give forcedinductions.com a call I bet they would fill you in. The TC76 really seems to choke out around 5500 rpm on a 346. The PT76GTS is a great turbo and hard to beat for it's size, it will have quite a bit less back pressure than the TC76.

I would be more concerned about the small wastegate on a stock bottom end. The 38mm may only be able to control the boost down to 8-11lbs.

TC76 with a .96 A/R would be a good choice, along with any 76-78mm T4 turbo with a .96 exhaust housing.

You still need to spec out your cold side with a bov as well. Plus you still need to either tune it with the maf, or SD.
I'm hoping I'll be able to run 10ish lbs of boost w/ the 38mm wastegate.
Coldside, I'll have to fab up, but it'll be a frontmount air to air intercooler. The car is a street car.
Car will be SD tuned.

Also guys, my goal for now is only around 600whp seeing as I'm on a stock bottom end motor. Once that lets go, I'll most likely be stepping up to a 408 with a PT88 or something similar.

why not recommend a 83mm turbine s475 or s480 with a 1.1ar t6? wayyy bigger turbine than the tc76.

The ST76 and ST80 are basically the same thing as s480 with 83mm turbine, but they are in a T4 foot print. Bullseye sells an S380r that is well worth looking into also.
