PT76GTS, GT-4276, GT-4580, ST76 or ST80. Those turbos leave you with more room to grow than the TC76 does. Turbonetics does have some new stuff out, if you give forcedinductions.com a call I bet they would fill you in. The TC76 really seems to choke out around 5500 rpm on a 346. The PT76GTS is a great turbo and hard to beat for it's size, it will have quite a bit less back pressure than the TC76.

For what he is doing, untouched manifolds will make plenty of power.
I would be more concerned about the small wastegate on a stock bottom end. The 38mm may only be able to control the boost down to 8-11lbs.
TC76 with a .96 A/R would be a good choice, along with any 76-78mm T4 turbo with a .96 exhaust housing.
You still need to spec out your cold side with a bov as well. Plus you still need to either tune it with the maf, or SD.

Coldside, I'll have to fab up, but it'll be a frontmount air to air intercooler. The car is a street car.
Car will be SD tuned.
