Default looking to finish up my 408 short block have a few questions

i have a few questions as ive never built a motor for boost that will make big power, heres what i plan on doing. id like to make 750+whp in my 98 fbody with a turbo 400 and a 9inch

lq9 block
arp main studs
arp head studs
eagle crank
eagle rods with arp 2000 bolts
ls9 head gaskets

looking to go with stock l92 heads with upgraded valve springs or some trickflow 220's as a cast, or if i can find a deal afr's or tf225's

down to basically buying my pistons i wanna go with some wiseco's,what compression would everyone suggest? its going to be a street car with some weekend passes. i was thinking 9-9.5:1

now is quench different when it comes to boost?
would smaller combustion chambers be better with more of a dished piston or vise versa. was always curious on if that made a difference

not sure if there is a off the shelf piston that would be what i could use for my setup,

still waiting on my cam until i decide on a head setup

any help/comments would be great

I'm running the same setup but mine is 402ci. 4.005 wiseco forged pistons 20cc dish comes to 9.3 CR. I'm also using l92 heads. It will be a single 88mm t6 Turbonetics Turbo and blow thru Carb.
