Default 1500HP Build: which TB?
Will be running a Vic intake. Should I go with the fast 92 or 102mm TB?

I use a 105mm on my motor, probably wont make a big difference but I would go with a 102mm TB. Get a spacer and have someone work the plenum to equalize the airflow distribution, cut corners now and you could be buying pistons. Off the top of my head you probably want to use 3.5" tubing.

4" is just going to slow down the velocity, not really needed at 1500hp.

We run a 4" pipe from the IC to a 90mm TB (which is 4") on LS2Formula's car. No lag issues.

the OD of the TB is 4" but 90mm = 3.5" ID (at the blade)

humm, would it be ok to go with the 102mm and the 3.5 or stay with the 92mm
