Ls2 formula build Ok I'm starting my new project since my motor took a crap in my 98 formula . This will b my first big build I will have help when needed but anyways . I am going to do a 6.0 ls2 with a single 88mm with truck manifolds .. I need a little guidance on the motor tho so here's what I got planned. My goals are 800 rwhp or more I just want something I can dd but still take to the track and look good is this plausible
370 ci ls2
Stock 6.0 crank
callies compstar rods 6.125 length w/arp 2000 bolts
I want to run a wiseco piston but not sure which ones .
I'm going to run stock 6.0 heads and upgrade the springs and have them freshened up.
96 mm profesional products typhoon intake manifold .
Melling ls6 oil pump.
Comp cams adjustable timing chain .
Comp cams pushrods..
Ok so my questions are what else do I need and what should I change.. What pistons what springs for boost , what length pushrods also need to figure out the cam situation I want the most wicked sounding cam that is going to work best tho .. Sorry if this is all jumble and confusing all I have is my iPhone .. Thanks for the help
