I ran a t67 with a 370. It was out of breath at 12 psi. Go with a t76 with a small ar exhaust housing and you will be good.

i'm running a 76 w .81a/r on a 383 ls1 hit 650tq 610hp @ 12psi while loosing 14psi fuel pressure. so i redid the fuel delivery and i'm working on getting it to hold at 14psi boost but i'm sure i'll hit 700 to the wheel soon
