What's a better turbo rear gear?

What's a better turbo gear for a t56 with a 8.8 rear end out back. 28' tall tires. Looks like people ready like the 3.42's in gm diff's. Would the 3.31 or 3.55 be a better choice?

with a 28' tall tire i would run 3.55

i'd also go with something numerically lower, especially with the t56.

im running the moser 9" with a 3.50 gear with my T56, and i think its perfect for a street car

running 3.70's in mine with 28" tires.

very happy with my selection and power level (roughly 575 rwhp), pulls to 140+ in fourth and is great around town. when i build the motor and up the boost i will drop down a little
