Yes we are running a BS3. It is a T56 trans with a complete Gforce gear set. The clutch is a RPS triple carbon. Now I have to button everything up and get her to the dyno.

Looks good guys!
Its gotta stay in 4th gear, or that gearbox has no chance to live! I fear that clutch will let go around 1300-1400 rwhp. A tilton 4 plate and the stiffest pressure plate spring is the only thing after that RPS that will hold!

They are pretty sturdy driveline wise, as you'd expect from a 500ish hp V10 AWD car out of the (Audi) factory. The Egear most of them have is easier on hard parts as well (computer rides the clutch, cuts power on shifts etc). Very few of them are putting out the kind of power LMR is talking about here though.

lol louis. This car has already been 250 in 5th gear and the clutch has already held 1900 horse power. There are also more than tilton clutches out there that will hold the power. I probly wouldn't use one just to prove all the nay sayers wrong lol

Your totally right. In the USA there should not be foreign cars winning the races. Looking forward to seeing it run! Looks like you guys have some sort of rear diffuser setup? Definitly have to look at aerodynamics going 250 mph. Curious to see the front end on the car. Good luck!!!

No a manual trans is better for "land speed" style racing because they will stay cooler and you dont have the slippage from the torque converter. There are a few more but those are the main two.

Gonna have to keep that fun fact in mind. Not trying to diss G-force or anything but what made you guys choose them? I've heard some pretty shady things about their gears and that there are much better options to choose from. The fact you guys chose them is making me wonder now
