Thanks. I'm going to try and put the turbo on the passenger side where the battery would be. I'm planning on selling the fast setup... are you interested in buying?

I removed the intake and tb to sell last night, and tacked together my intercooler support. It bolts on place of the bumper beam, and uses the stock hardware for easy installation. I also removed the upper part of the radiator support to gain some extra room. I'll box the openings off later with some sheetmetal. Took another close up picture of the billet compressor wheel, and the 87mm turbine.

It's .25" thick. If this was a purpose built race car, I could have done something much thinner in aluminum, but I wanted to keep some rigidity to tie the front rails together... especially after chopping the upper rad support. My thought is to eventually hide a tubular beam up in the bumper cover in front of the ic core to protect my investment in a slow speed incident. I'm not planning on hitting anything, but I've built many cars where I just leave the front end wide open. This isn't just some weak piece of strapping welded up to hold the ic, but an actual structural member for some added piece of mind.

Yeah... no clue why I made it out of stainless. I guess it won't rust lol.

I mocked up a quick turbo hanger last night(will be re-making a nice one later) to get everything positioned. I have to order a radiator today as that will play into the installation quite a bit. I also designed some lower ic core support brackets. I'll be making an aluminum sheetmetal spoiler to replace the stock plastic piece that spoils the air up into the radiator. Outside of this work I'm making my inlet collector, and ordering up more parts... Joy!

The airfilter came in so I just got a quick look at how it would fit in the current location. I also boxed in the open parts of the radiator support with some 14 gauge sheetmetal. I still need to massage it out and paint it up. New ati damper and radiator are suppose to show up today. I have all the hotside fabrication materials arriving tomorrow. I also received my non cruise/tcs throttle cable from gm parts direct. Hope to get the radiator mocked up tonight and perhaps the damper installed.

Received the radiator and damper along with the ARP crank bolt. Lots of running around last night picking up materials, but finished boxing off the upper radiator support and mocked up the new radiator. Finished my lower intercooler brackets, but didn't have time to test them out. I also finished my collector for the crossover. Should be getting my hotside materials today. Hopefully I'll have some good pictures on Thursday morning.
