Default Valve train question

Dyno'd my car this weekend on Mustang Dyno at 9 psi and making 509/525 rwhp/rwtq
Seems in line with my last dyno a year ago on a Dynojet 578/607; when you factor in the 10 to 12% factor of the MD to DJ.

I paid closer attention this time around and notice I'm loosing hp after 5700rpms. I installed an EBC in hopes of turning up the boost, but when I saw hp loss, I thought why bother..fix my hp dropping off made more sense than dyno again rather than turning up the boost. My rpm limit is 6400rpm.
Appears it could be valve springs floating. I have a stock LS2 with about 20k miles on it. ARP head bolts, mild shave to the heads making them 11:1 CR. and I run E85.
My downpipe is 3" going thru 3" exhaust/Magnaflow. no cats.
I'm looking to turn up boost to about to get another 50 to 75rwhp out of my set up.
What valve train upgrades to you guys think will get me to my goal?

Yes, the springs and cam are stock ls2.
The graph I have also, but no scanner...Here's a pic.

Will these work for my boost goal of 12 to 14psi?

I recommend the direct replacement (uses your stock retainers / locks) PAC 1218 springs for a stock cam setup. PAC springs are high quality springs made in the USA, unlike the mexican made assosiate springs you posted. http://sdparts.com/details/pac-racing/pac1218
