Turbo Cam Help

Alright guys, need a lil help on deciding what cam to go with.

A lil info on the build:
5.3/317's/LS6 intake & Cam
T60's
Th400

The current setup is a 02Z06 cam but looking to go with something a lil different

Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam
207/220 .571"/.578" 118.5 lsa

Or

Speed Inc TU1
225/225 .581"/.581" 113lsa

Im leaning towards the GT2-3 but any input would be greatly appreciated.

lingerfelter cam has -23.50
other cam has -1.00 overlap, that'd prob be the 1 to go with for max effort kinda dealio

The decision between those 2 cams would be dependent on what turbine wheels and housings you've got on those T60's.

For what reason are you changing the cam? I would use the LS6 cam.... but then again im cheap...lol.
