Procharger PCV Solution Needed
Hello,
I recently put a P1SC in my 99 T/A running @ ~ 7-8 lbs. I really did not have a good PCV/catch can setup in use when I first ran it. I think I may have pushed the rear main seal a bit. If so, I will fix it.
In the mean time, I want to get the proper ventilation set up prior to running again.
At this point, all I have done is the vent on the pass side valve cover is routed to the inlet hat port and I have a breather (in pic) in the oil fill hole.
What is recommended to avoid further problems with excessive crankcase pressure?
By the way I have an LS1 valley cover.
Thanks

Thanks Bob. One last question. I have read that it is not a great idea to run a hose from my pass side valve cover to the inlet hat because of the oil being pulled into the head unit. It makes sense but, how big of a concern is it and is there a better way?
Thank you
Bob

Thanks! That is, by far, the most helpful info on PCV/catch can setup I have seen.
