I'm making 4# with a 2.95 in pulley on a p1sc with a 6 in crank pulley. Also have a FMIC, but I think I may have a boost leak somewhere. Not sure if 4# is what I should be at for that small of a pulley.

I would think it would be better to increase the diameter of the crank pulley before decreasing the blower pulley since you'll get more boost along with more belt wrap which is a win/win situation. Go to small on the blower pulley and the belt will start slipping before you see more boost.
