I found some 120# injectors and the driver box. Also got a TU1 cam... after reading around a bit, it looks like it should work a lot better than my LS6 cam.

Got delayed on working on this. Spring is here, got my vette out, replaced the water pump on it, cleaned the garage (whoa).

Only thing im waiting on now other than finishing up a little bit of piping is my rotating assembly is off getting balanced.

It turned arctic cold here again.. been slow. I got the down pipe ran. Everything out of the car and onto another engine so I can access it better to weld the WG piping up. thats about all thats left for the turbo setup besides cold side piping which is a breeze. Waiting on my rotating assembly at a machine shop getting balanced still.

Im using stock 99 PCM w/ HP Tuners 2-bar OP system.

It shouldnt. Ive braced hundreds of stainless pipes and tubes. It is a tab on the top and bottom bolted in the middle. It is made out of the same .065 the pipes are, It will support the vertical load and allow flex for thermal expansion horizontally. Once the wastegate piping is all welded in, routed into the downpipe it will strengthen it more, that is basically there just to hold it till that is in.

Yeah tell me about it...try living a block off lake michigan and then we will talk arctic lol...2bar for now...with a combo like that I can see you stepping up to a 3bar setup in the future. Looking good man especially the new piping arrangement.

not from what i have seen, my previous company i worked for thought similar, but ended up paying for a massive recall because of the crack in the welds caused fires.

A friend got me the larger tubing elbows, not sure where, I trade work hear and there for stuff. The wastegate ones...yea they are sch. 10 ones...lol. I had a bunch of them and didnt want to buy tubing. Im cheap. The weld El's i got at Ace

Finally done with the hot side.... on to assembling the engine now. Everything is here except the key items...... the main bearings.....back order. Have do a set of heads yet also.

Engines all put together and back in car, made the cold side turbo piping today. Getting real close. I have to order the silicone connector to the throttle body yet and some more exhaust wrap for the intake pipe. Almost ready to go except to figure out how to hook up the FJO injector driver box...? 4,000 wires and no schematics or directions on their website......grrr.
