turbo size I am building a turbo setup for my 408 . I was woundering what size turbo would u use. The car is drove as a DD. What size injector would u Use ? The motor is a 408 mastmotorsports ls3 style heads a mild turbo cam. The motor has lunati crank and rods and has 9 to 1 _cr

well 76 seems to be popular for the 5.3 so with the 408 i would probably go in the mid to high 80's for sure for a single turbo system, as far as injectors probably a set of 80# ones would do you if your just running reg gas and not e85 or anything like that. you could safely run 10-12 pounds on that setup and have lots of injector to be on the safe side i would think.
T6 based S480 with 88mm compressor side and either the 92 or 96mm turbine. Either that or the Garrett budget GT-88 or GT-91 T6 setup from forced inductions. GT-4788 is also a great unit. You will be way off the compressor map of any 76mm turbo.
Ive seen guys do pretty well with a 400"+ who wanted to stay with a T4 go with a pt88 and get great results so thats what i'm starting with since i got a great deal on one. However all the turbos nitroused383 mentioned were considered before finding it.

. 1000rwhp no prob...spools great on a 408 and packaged smaller then even an S400....hard to beat.
