Well, we were having some issues building boost on the line... we did however set a new MPH record running 179.24MPH!

We think we have the boost on the line issue figured out and tomorrow we will let her eat in the finals.

What RPM are you staging at, how much timing, A/F, and is it a 1.3x or 1.5x T6 turbine housing?

Not sure about the rest but it's a 106mm T6 1.44 A/R-Garrett?

This info is the truth...

We aren't hitting the two step is the issue... we are trying to get the turbo to spool a bit quicker on the line so that we can push through the converter. We are thinking the converter is a bit tight down low.

12.8 afr at launch, trying to reach 4krpms.

In the finals we got a solo run because Mike Meeks broke an oil line... I hate to win like that, but the officials wouldn't let me wait for him to fix it. So they sent me on a solo run that ended with a 1.50 60' (only .5 lbs of boost) 142MPH 1/8 and 8.19@180.12 1/4

Nice job. Car looks GREAT!! Get those '60's down in the low 1.3's and your in the sevens at the same boost level. Mark a Phil can help you with building boost on the line. Those guys know how to man handle the big singles!

We have the timing at 26 degrees.. we were talking to another guy that was saying to throw timing at it, but we really couldn't test any more by that time. We will probably be doing a couple thing before Atlanta.

1) we need better clamping force on the back brakes so that we can bump in on a 1st step
2) we need some testing time so we can throw more timing at it but need to find the sweet spot without knock
3) I really want to add a scramble button so on the really good passes I can add more boost when needed.

We are hoping that if we throw a bunch of timing at it pre boost that it will spool faster. Phil, send me a PM sometime with a number and we can talk about other Ideas you may have.

My team and I are kinda new to this level so we are learning a lot, but with a little bit of time, this car should easily be running 7.5x.

Keep in mind we are only at around 22-23PSI so far..
