goal is 1000rwhp, on pump gas, e85 if i HAVE TO, we have it local... wont be an issue to use e85...
car will be a street driven TOY, fun on the weekend type stuff. i had a 236/246 .630 lift cam in my 6 spd blower lt1 and i drove it EVERYWHERE, it wasnt fun at cruise, but it got down on the topside...I can "live with" a lot of race-carish stuff, this car ive got has the a/c heat deleted, no p/s, etc... it will have a 3600-4200 stall.. and see the track probably 3-5 times a year tops
i called va speed and talked to shawn, he suggested vtc4 cam, i asked what the numbers were and he said like mid 230's and low 230's reverse split.
i had the website up as i was ordering and noticed the vtc3 cam says 23x/23x and the vtc4 cam say 24x/23x.
i asked for clarification and the salesman told me he would sell me whichever one i wanted.
i chose the vtc3 and then recanted and chose the vtc4 a few seconds later per shawns recomendations..
so, which cam would you have chose?
shawn suggested vtc4 cam, with vtc3 numbers...

dunno, its not a big deal to me really, i think ill be happy with it regardless and i think va speed is one of the top players in the game.
like i said in first post, people make mistakes.
in this case, no harm, i like lopey cams. just looking to not HURT my combo...
