Thanks,
Robbie.

Here is one of my dyno sheets. Cant find the others.

But mine was done on a Superflow last go... Also keep in mind this is Denver Colorado, NO AIR!

My TRX 3.3 spins 50,000 RPM! Ha ha!
And yeah I was asking. I think our dyno is
because we're walking through built 4L60's and 70's like they're butter. I need 4L80!

No, sorry that little TRX only spins! # Peak RPM: 38,100 rpm

Get an 80 and be done with the 60/70 problems.
I read the article on Performance R/C. It was pretty cool! Back in 06 though it was rumored that the TRX 2.5 would spin 50K but you and I both know that's a load of
Anyways, for the 4L80E I NEED to retain 4 wheel drive. Was your swap hard to do?

Our Trailblazer SS has a small 8" diff setup that is integrated into the oil pan.
So there is no way to upgrade the front diff. I did not want to find out what would happen at 800+ awhp if an WHEN the front diff blew up! No way, I was willing to chance that gear ending up in my motors bottom end.
You on the other hand, can always upgrade to a 1 ton 9" front diff from a HD truck. What transfer case are you running? You have a few options now going awd and 4l80. NV149 or the T5 awd case from a TBSS. (Have one for sale if you need one. HAHA
)If you need any contact info for an 80. I can get you to the right place for the appropriate combo.

OH Traxxas... Not very good stuff but works. A TRX engine is kinda like having a reman Ls1 from Checker auto parts. Sure it will work but for how long and how well was it built?

I'm looking for options to go 4L80 but retain that transfer case.
What do you think?
And you don't like Traxxas eh? Hmmm.... I enjoy Traxxas products quite a bit honestly. I ran 9 gallons through a TRX 3.3 and beat the dog **** out of it in a T-Maxx almost everyday, but I got good at tuning it, and I'd always spend twice the amount of time cleaning it up as I did playing with it.
In the racing spectrum, I have a Team Losi Muggy sitting right next to me that I just finished re clutching and shearing some weight off the frame. I'm very impressed with how it handles, but it needs alot more power in my opinion
Maybe supercharger and nitrous........
