Vacuum Leak/Limited Boost

Ever since the car has been FI the vacuum gauge has read consistent 15" cruising, and 20" when it's pulling on the motor. Last weekend, I noticed the blower making a strange "Chirp" sound which I have never heard it make before, then when I looked at the boost gauge it was only pulling ~7" cruising, and only 10" against the motor. Also, the blower is only making 5 pounds of boost.

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on where to start looking for the vacuum leak, of if any of you have gone through this before. Thanks!

Is the crank pinned or keyed?
Are you getting any belt slippage?
Sounds like somethings slipping from the noise.
Ide check both of these first and go from there

Belt slip isn't an issue... Will be towing the car to a friend's house, there we'll take off the blower hat, looking for any damage. Then a leak down test will be done... Keeping my fingers crossed.

It sounds more like a vacuum leak. I had this similar thing happen to my car minus the weird sound. It turned out it was the gasket between the throttle body and intake manifold. It made a little noise but not a chirp...I'd check the easy **** and then do a leak down but the sound you described is weird lol. Good luck man!
