Turbo gurus, help me create a build list... Hey guys,
I'm new to the turbo world, but I do have a fair amount of experience with superchargers since I built a Whipple setup for my '01 Grand Prix. I'm a little overwhelmed with the HUGE LSx aftermarket, so I need a little help.
I have an LQ4 with a set of ported 317's that I'm putting in my '84 Monte Carlo SS with a 4L80E & a 10-bolt rear end with 3.73's. I already have a Treadstone A2A intercooler, but that's all I have so far.
My goal is to have ~400-500hp but still get decent mileage & be fairly reliable. Since I have a stock rotating assembly I'd like to keep the power in the mid to low end. I need to come up with a cam & turbo combo, so give me some suggestions. Thanks in advance for any input.
