I would say drop the compression by swapping heads or pistons if you are going to run it on pump gas.

People run boost on 11:1+ LS7s and new 5.0s all day.

E85 would be a big help if available.

What size turbo would be compatible for a 500whp 370. Dont want lag and dont want high drive pressure's.

All you want is 500? That is only a couple #'s on a good flowing 370

Ball bearing Turbonetics Tc76, .96 AR will make 700+ and spools very quick.

What I meant was, I have a 500whp 370 already and what would be an adequate match for it.

What kinda power would 6psi bring to the table with my motor? If I get over 650whp I will have to upgrade my clutch again...

I think it will make close if not over 650 on 6psi if you have some decent heads, depending how fast the turbo spools your torque will probably be outrages

L92's with aftermarket lite weight valves and stuff. Ported exhaust. I'd say they are pretty good heads. Making good number's Naturally anyway...

Those Hellfire's will hold up to boost quite well. They motor must have been built with spray in mind? I'm with the rest of them, E-85 and let it eat. We are seeing more and more 10:1 pump gas motors and 11:1 E-85 motors these days.

6lbs with an unrestrictive turbo (decent size turbine) will get you around 700 rwhp.

Turbo I am looking at specs out the following:
exducer:97.8mm
inducer: 68.77mm
inlet: 4 3/16
compressor trim: 69
compressor: .66 A.R.

T-4 flange
trim: .92
A/R: 1.05
outlet: 4"

Think She'll get the job done.??? This will be mounted right at trans cross member. 3" y-pipe to 3.5" flowmaster merge to T-4 flange.

Probably not enough compressor, the exhaust side seems good tho. Not sure if a 68mm compressor will support 650rwhp.

Looking at BW hybrid's. Probably have local shop here in Houston build me one. Had one built for a diesel I was racing a few years back...made 4 digit power with a single charger. Guy did a top notch job. Not a sponsor on here so...
