Thought I'd post in here because I thought I'd get better response than the internal engine section seeing that people put the ls9 cam in turbo/supercharger engines.

Just installed an ls9 cam into my 4.8 and I was wondering if anyone has done this with their 4.8/5.3 with stock heads and if so, what length pushrods did you use?

That leads me to my other question... I have a pushrod length checker but how do I know when it is a good length if the spring can move up and down various distances
