Im one of them... got mine. Ready in 5-6 weeks????? Or what time frame we looking at to recieve them. Will they ship once recieved or will we have to wait till the other 13 sets are sold?? Thanks

Kyle, they will ship as they come in. You won't have to wait for all of the others. ARP is going to ship them to us a they get them done. If some how ARP can get them to me prior to the Spring break shootout, they will be installed in your engine and delivered to you.

What is the clamping force of an 11mm L-19 head stud? I find it hard to believe that exceeds a 9/16" 8740 stud. That's just my opinion and I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
On the other hand, if a L-19 stud is even comparable it saves the cost associated with drilling and tapping the block.

The tensile strength is in the 260,000 range with the l-19. The torque value will be in the 95 to 100 ft-lb range.
A 9/16 stud at 137 ft lb in the 190,000 range has a preload of 24,516. The 11 mm stud at 79 ft lb in the 220,00 range has a 17,775 preload. Since there are no tables for the l-19 studs, one could assume with an additional 40,000 psi worth of strength the 11mm l-19 would equal or exceed a 9/16 stud.
They will do the job and not have to molest a block to do it.
