Will i be ok with these heads with my turbo AES 390 Block?

Yeah, still not a bad price, cheaper than most of the other aftermarket deck heads.

Are they CNC'd? Flow chart? Have you seen any results anywhere?

Yea flow numbers at .800" was all i was seeing so i was curious if he had actual flow sheets or not.
