Any at the moment, I'm just getting together a list of things I need to do this project in one swoop. Not something crazy expensive, but not cheap either, keep in mind; this is Gunna be a daily driver, not just a track car. So some good reasonably priced heads that will be good on street and the occasional drag.

Stock 317's (or 035's- they are the same thing) heads, or get some AFR's. I wouldnt get anything in between. Seems pointless to me to waste money on stock style ported heads since they are more prone to lifting compared to a nice aftermarket head with thicker decks.

At 500-700 HP ported stock castings will be fine. He shouldn't have any issue with lifting at such a low power level. 317s are great budget heads but for an additional couple hundred dollars he can get a great deal of extra flow. Before you spend dollar 1 step away from the keyboard and do some reading. Stop posting so many questions. Spend 2 nights reading and educating yourself
