BOV & WG Suggestions for 410 & 101mm turbo

Default BOV & WG Suggestions for 410 & 101mm turbo

Need to start ordering the supporting parts for my setup. Going to be a 410 ci with a rear mount 101mm turbo. Running 3inch exhaust back to turbo with 3 inch cold side. Looking for suggestions on quality wastegate and BOV setup. Want to avoid engine damaging conditions as much as possible. Hoping for 1000-1300 hp.

Run 1 3/4" headers, 2.5" back to the turbo, twin tial wastegates 44mm and a 2 BOVs one at the turbo and one at the throttlebody. You can get away with a smaller pipe to the turbo, probably 2.25"

I will try to get 1 3/4 headers. Running 1 7/8 now which I know is not ideal. Have a friend with 1 3/4 who will probably happily trade.

I'm surprised headers merged to 2.5 inch run all the way to the turbo won't limit me on the top end.

What sized BOV? I assume 60s?

Are you using 1 or 2 pipes to the turbo? What A/R?

Headers will merge around transmission area into 1 pipe to turbo.

A/R on turbo is 1.00 on a T6

That should work. I like the 1 3/4" headers better for a motor that size.
