I ran out of funds about 6 years ago doing a similar setup to a '90 coupe with a tall deck 427/18* head sbc/th400 FAST EFI combo with twin's going in. Very sad day when i realized i wasn't going to be able to finish it and parted it all out Had i known then what i do now i would've never bought the sbc and 321ss bends and gone with an lsx/truck mani/stock pcm setup and FINISHED the project EASILY within budget!!

GL getting it all together man! No doubt you will be 1 happy camper when you blow the tires off it at any speed!!!

Thank you thank you!!!

After doing alot of research I found out some interesting things. In the beginning I was gonna do something like this..

it was 6 inches thick. I got ahold of the guy and he sent me the link to which intercoolers he used. They were 1000hp intercoolers from ebay. Then something caught my eye. They only flowed 800cfm each.. I called up my boy at DBRODS. He said I would need way more then that to cool that air at that power level. I would need 2250cfm for 1500hp air to air. We called bell intercoolers but none of there cores that could move that much cfm would fit in the car. I got ahold of treadstone and lucked out!! They had single cores that measured 10x12.5x3.5 that flowed 746cfm ea. So I bought 3 of them to be welded together along with tanks.

BAM 2238 cfm air to air 1500hp air to air. 30x12.5x3.5! Hopefully it will be sneeky!!

It sure did! I could have a motor and turbo setup complete with fuel system and tuning for what i had in that motor and 321 alone! These lsx motors are definitely the way to go for me from this point on!!

I'd be interested to see pictures of the intercooler as well. From my understanding the RXT is rated to 1000hp. I think you're going to run into issues with that before anything else.
