Thanks guys I appreciate it, this turbo stuff can really make a guy go crazy! Stock48, I agree with you 100%. This 68mm turbine wheel can only flow around 35lbs / min with the .96 AR housing. This would be around 855hp @ the flywheel, until I reach or surpass that point the it will not run into an rpm limit. Of course you can exceed this a bit but the efficiency drops off quite a bit and back pressure starts to climb. I think my setup would reach the turbine limit around 12-14 lbs of boost and run into a wall at 5500 rpm or so.

Obviously I am limited with the stock engine so this turbo works great for what I'm doing. The compressor will make around 96lbs/min of flow but the turbine side needs around 42lbs/min of flow to actually support the compressor. Hence why people see pretty decent gains going to a PT76GTS / 7675 (same thing) only when running past the TC76-78 turbine flow limits. The 7675 turbine flows 38-40lbs / min from what I can tell, which should be good for an extra 120+ hp efficiently.

He has stated that he wasn't tuning it but fixing a problem and that AFR on the street is spot on.
