Default Procharger low boost question

I recently installed a p1sc1 on my 2001 camaro ss using a 320 procharger

pulley and ~6" crank pulley and can't seem to get it to boost..at idle the

vacuum is at 18 and when I rev it the needle goes up to about 10 vacuum

but never goes into the boost side of the gauge...the source for bypass and

gauge is the brake booster line

Are you just reving the car or actually driving the car? You need to be driving the car (putting load on the engine) to build boost.

The blow off keeps going off under any load but I can't figure out why it's noy staying closed. Perhaps the blow off is defective? How can I diagnose this issue

As stated above... you need to be driving it to build boost. You won't see boost at all by just revving it.

The blow-off valve stays open with vacuum and closes as you start building boost. If you want to test and see if leaving the valve closed makes any difference... just disconnect the vacuum line from it and plug up the line.

So I took off the vacuum line from the blow off and the blow off starts to go off while I raise the Rpms, so it has to be a defective blow off

Hey guys, I think I might be having this problem with my car as well and was wondering how fast I should be driving, while performing this test. My car is an M6 and I'm running a 3.70 8 rib headunit pulley with a 7.65" 8 rib crank pulley.
