Mounting a TURBO in the back seat???

Yea the heat in the cabin wouldnt work. However you could do a procharger in the cabin. You could mount it up in the passenger seat with a hand crank to reduce belt drag on the engine

Or better yet put a twist throttle on the steering wheel and have bicycle pedals in the floorboard to run the blower when you get the need for speed

But wouldn't it be smartish to put it IN the backseat like I said, keep it nice and clean for a daily driver? Just get a good amount of that heat shield stuff to keep the heat out of the cabin.

I've considered the thought of making an access panel over the T-top well, and running a remote turbo inside there (boxed in, with the bottom cut out for air exchange/exhaust) to eliminate the STS ground clearance issues.. Probably would want to use a water-cooled turbo. In the backseat?? No way.
