Default HELP!!! Low Vacuum Low Boost

Hey guys, the last time i took the car out I had an issue with it. The car usually registers at 20lbs of vacuum but it was only coming in at 15lbs during idle. The car seemed to run perfectly fine, no codes or issues w/ the feel so i decided to take it down a stretch of road and interestingly enough it didn't register at the normal amount of boost. It would normally come in at around 8-9lbs of boost but for some reason it was having troubles getting too much over 5lbs. What would cause this? I was running out of daylight so I didnt have much chance to check the couplings in case one popped off or was leaking a bit but would that even cause these symptoms? If not what would? I honestly couldn't tell ya if it truly feels slower from a loss in boost pressure from what it was at pre-issue (it feels slower but that could be the paranoia factor making it feel slower since it still renders the lower gears useless).

If a coupling came off would it cause both vacuum and boost readings to be lower like i described?

Car is an 02 TA (stock for the most part as far as this issue is concerned), APS Twin kit (stock turbos/stock springs etc).

If a charge pipe was loose you would only see a loss of boost. Not a loss of vacuum.

If you had a vacuum leak you would see both loss in boost and vacuum.

Do you have a wide band hooked up on the car?

Yes I do, I forgot to post about it but when I decided to do that pull to see if the boost was affected I also noticed that it ran richer.
