Default Using a BIG motor cam with turbos???

What would happen if you built a motor and used a G5X2 or similar cam on 9.1 CR and added an Incon TT kit running max boost?? Has anyone ever actually tried it ?

What about if you went with G5X2 specs but then went to a higher LSA ?

on a 111/112 LSA it would not make as much peak HP but it would have strong midrange. The peak might be significantly lower than if it had less overlap, which might put it around a 114 or 115 lsa.

My blower cam is 230/237//115 so it's a little bit smaller than G5X2 but makes good power but with a centrifrugal blower too big might push the peak out higher than I can shift it.

Does not the CID of the affect the size of the cam. For example, a 234/241/115 might be too much for a 346, but just about right for a 408.

Yes the CID does affect it.

Terry @ Cam Motion reccomended increasing duration by 6 or more for engines 50 CID larger than stock.

So If I had a 410ci I would go from my 230/237 to a 236/243.
