stock water pump and high hp?

I'm gonna be runnin 15 lbs from my d1 on my 370 shooting for 7 to 800 hp any high hp FI cars out there runnin stock water pump?

Most of us run the stocker.

Stocker is a solid performer unless you're running sustained high RPMs. 1200rwhp here with no issues.

The LS2 c5 corvette water pump is a direct fit, and I thought I read that it flowed like 15% more than the ls1 f-body pumps.

cool I might have to look into that. But for now I'll stick to my stocker just asking alot of questions cause I'm tryin to save as much money as possible to help finish the build thanks guys!

700+ here with the LS2 water pump. Grab the LS2 one so when you get tired of belt slip and you get asters bracket, you already have one lol I think with the LS2 one you need to pull the pulley forward just a bit.

The water pumps I use for my bracket system are from the 2005+ Corvette's which require the pulley to be pulled forward about 3/8". These are used on all the corvette engines for that period, LS2, LS3, and LS7. These do have the same housing as the previous LS1/LS6 pumps though.
