TVS 1900 09 Avalanche by AMS
The truck is a very nice daily driver, but was lacking a few things so the goal was to increase HP/TQ as well as appearance/handling while not compromising drivability or the ride. We chose the Magnuson TVS route combined with some suspension upgrades and the customer is more then pleased with the results

TVS 1900 / 6.6 psi
K&N drop in filter
LS2 injectors
stock fuel pump
NGK TR6 plugs
MSD wires
SLP / Eibach Sport suspension which is about a 2" drop
Hellwig front and rear sway bars
SLP PowerFlo catback
93 octane
Base Line
250 rwhp / 264 rwtq on our MD
Post Dyno w/ AMS Tune
371 rwhp / 354 rwtq on our MD

prior to alignment

I'm already working on a couple more upgrades
- pulley swap
- custom HE reservoir upgrade ( in 2nd spare battery location )
- brake upgrade ( C6 Z or Baer ).
The customer just loves the truck, but now wants some stopping power.
We were hoping for 8 psi, but only hit 6.6 psi so now we will shoot for a little more power with the additional cooling.
This will be later summer after we get his 4th Gen SS upgrades done in Aug.
