Default Twin Turbo's

Hey Birds,

I've been wanting to install Godspeed Twin Turbo's that I have found online on my 2002 Trans Am.. There rather inexspensive $200-$300 a piece. Headers around the same price for a set. I've been wanting to install new after market headers anyway and go with a true dual exhaust set-up with no CAT Converter. My question is, I've been looking at headers online with the mounts built-in for mounting turbo's.. Is there any twin turbo kits w/ headers available as a package deal around? Has anyone out there done this on a 2002 Trans Am w/out the Ram Air ? What's the difficulties or issues encountered or possibilities of a project like this?

Need some feedback from my brothers..

Thanks

I cant stress this enough!!!!! GODSPEED and all those damn chinese junk they sell is TRASH!!! No turbo kit is going to cost $200-$300, if so everyone on this website would have a turbo lsx. Turbo kits cost thousands of dollars, there are guys on here that spent 10k+ on a turbo builds. Its quality over price, you gotta pay to play . So quit being a _____ and fork out the $$$ lol

^bump. yeah if that's what you are paying you seriously need to question the product. a good single turbo set up can cost around $3000 for the turbo and all of the extras like the inter cooler etc. your gonna blow that thing up if you put it on you car man. its just not quality stuff.

Sounds like you need to get a better grasp of how turbocharging works first, and then learn how to use the "SEARCH" button, there are tons of information on this site. I highly recomend for you to go read on some of the builds along with lots of pics from other members on here, you'll learn a lot of stuff and might even help or even guide you to what kind of set-up you really want at the end.
By the way...where in Cincy are you?

F body twin turbo setup done the right way:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/new-produ...ocharging.html

I don't know about this guy, but I can tell you that I can't afford those cheap kits.

I can only afford to buy something once, install it once, and be done with it.

That god speed china bay stuff, will have you hating your build really quick. You are going to have to re-engineer the entire thing, not to mention all of the stuff you are gonna have to hack and slash to make it fit. By the time you are done you won't be happy with your car and you will have devalued it greatly.

I would answer your question fully, but Bo"SS"t pretty much said it all, and you need to search around.
