You can get 500. I made 478 rwhp and 492 ft/lbs @ 7 PSI
Turbo: TC78
A/f 10.53
Timing: 9 degrees

^^That's a tiny amount of timing. I ran 15 degrees with no issues at all. I sold my motor and it's still kicking down south of me. Stock bottom end as well.
You should start at atleast 12*. Too little timing can be as bad as too much timing.

....sorryps- You usually tune for a/f first...leaving timing down. Once boost and a/f have been achieved then you can bring up timing.
