Will this set up be a safe set up for my LS1?

DC-1 procharger 8-9 psi,cam,12 bolt,Stage 2 clutch

Its my daily driver, what do you all think? Will it be cool to drive this around and race on the weekends w/?

I'm running a D-1SC at 8# on a stock internal motor with a good tune. No driveability problems.

You just say "cam". That tells us almost nothing. Your driveability will vary greatly depending on what cam you select.

The cam plays a big part, if you plan on staying w/the stock shortblock for a while I wouldn't go over 220 for duration, stay with 114lsa to have minimal overlap......

8-9psi will be fine as long as the tune is on

maybe i should be saving up for a 6.0liter iron block in the mean time eh? and run a more mild cam w/ s2 heads.

Well with forced induction you will be fine as long as the tune is on......eventually you will be tempted to pulley down and step up the boost, things can potentially go wrong, its always good to have the motor idea in the back of your head when playing with F.I.
