Got another question! lol Been reading that a set of stock 317 heads off a 6.0L will lower my compression a little bit and make the car more boost friendly and will make the bottom end a little more reliable which would b nice since the car has 111k on her.. Should i pick up a set? i found a set in the classifieds for $250, And i already have dual valve springs, hardened pushrods, titanium retainers, new seats and valve stem seals. Would this be a good idea? thanks once again!

you can usually run a little more boost safely with the 317 heads. they work quite well with boost. i have a set with PAC 1518 springs and ferrea valves that i will be taking off of my car within a few weeks if you are interested.

i honestly don't have any specific asking price. any reasonable offer i will take since i don't know what they are worth. regarding boost, it is tough to say how much more is considered safe. lol. i would say that you can usually run a couple more pounds of boost safely. an important goal is to avoid detonation.
